Frequently Asked Questions

Please contact us via music@ronnengesefilms.com if you cannot find an answer to your enquiry.

We have locations vastly spread around London (UK): North, South, East and West!

Once you have made your booking, you will be contacted to pick a location most convenient for you.

Usually you shall be assigned an engineer based on their availability as well as your urgency/location. If you like the first person you are booked with - you can choose to book them again. Simply email us via: music@ronnengesefilms.com to request a repeat service.

Studio sessions are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Your deposit is non-refundable to secure your booking and avoid no-shows. However if you have paid and would like a refund for the remainder - this is only permitted under the circumstance that we do not fulfil the booking. You have 14 days to claim. Once it has been sorted, please allow up to 30 days for it to be processed.

We are always open to catering to budgets of different scales. However, please note that we do have guideline prices. Regardless, don’t hesitate to let us know what you have to work with. We have the skills, experience and creatives to provide a full service from Music Production to Music Film Production.

No however, the more prepared you are, the more efficient your session will be.

Some useful tips are:

  • Bring a USB/Link to an instrumental or reference you are interested in.
  • Pre-rehearse your lyrics.
  • Bring refreshments (some studios do offer, others have a vending machine or shop nearby).
  • Be on time.
  • Having friends for moral support is great. But having too many may either distract you or suppress you from freely expressing yourself.
  • Lastly, enjoy and trust the process.
